Young company, mature technology

HydroNexis is a company founded in 2026, but the team has more than 25 years of combined experience in the well industry, hydrogeology, enterprise systems, and AI. We are building the platform that water intake operators are missing today - and the one we would want to have ourselves while working on deep wells.

🔧 Where we come from. The co-founders have spent years running diagnostics and well reconstruction projects (40+ new intakes per year), building monitoring and operation systems for intakes, wells, and pumps, and designing enterprise-class platforms. We know the problem from the inside.

🚀 What we build. Four modules in one ecosystem: documentation, monitoring, GIS, and field crews. CSZU and HydroControl are in production, while GIS and FSM are in active development. We are running a pilot with a regional water utility partner.

Why now. NIS2, new reporting obligations to Polish national water authority, and rising energy costs make it clear that the industry needs digitalization not "someday", but today.

Instead of promising, we prefer to show. Every module can be seen live - just request a demo.

Four modules, one ecosystem

CSZU, HydroControl, GIS, and FSM are complementary and share data. You start with one, add another.

SaaS architecture

Web applications accessible from any device. No installation, no server room at the client, with ongoing updates.

For water supply and industry

municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities, smaller water companies, and enterprises with their own industrial intakes (mines, factories).

Team

HydroNexis is led by the Management Board and a founding team with experience in the well industry, B2B business, enterprise systems engineering, and artificial intelligence, with clearly defined ownership of business and product areas.

Dominik Wolski

CEO and Co-founder

A long-time practitioner in the deep-well sector. As Managing Director at Hydro-Wolski Sp.j., he has led diagnostics, regeneration, and reconstruction of deep wells for municipal utilities and industrial operators for years (about 40 new intakes per year and over 100 decommissioned wells in 2020-2021 alone). Field experience showed him what digital tools water intake operators were missing, and that is why he co-founded HydroNexis.

FAQs

Questions that we most often get from people getting to know the platform for the first time.

HydroNexis is a Polish SaaS platform for operators of water and sewage infrastructure - municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities, municipal water supply plants and enterprises with their own water intakes. It consists of four modules: CSZU (management of water intakes and permits), HydroControl (monitoring and diagnostics of pumps), GIS (digital map of the water and sewage network, in the pilot phase) and FSM (management of field crews, in the pilot phase). Each module can operate independently, and together they form a coherent operating ecosystem.

No. Each module is designed as a stand-alone product. You can start with one (most often CSZU or HydroControl), verify its value in your organization, and then expand the platform with further modules at any time. The extension does not require a new full implementation from scratch - it is the addition of the module to the existing contract with the appropriate modification of the subscription.

We usually recommend starting with one of the two production modules. CSZU is a natural choice if the main challenge is to centrally manage the documentation of intakes and deadlines for water permits - typically for companies with 20-200 intakes. HydroControl is chosen by organizations that primarily need monitoring and diagnostics of pumps in real time - typically for operators with existing measurement infrastructure or during its construction. We present a specific recommendation after a short conversation about your priorities.

Yes. The first pilot implementation of the full platform is carried out with a partner from the water supply sector on a provincial scale. The HydroNexis team has more than 15 years of experience in the water supply industry (including previous projects related to monitoring and diagnostics of submersible pumps). Specific references and possible talks with our pilot partners are made available to clients considering implementation - after signing the confidentiality clause.

We will activate your organization's account within 1-3 business days after signing the contract or starting the pilot. The team can start using the platform right away. Full implementation with import of historical data, configuration of reports and training typically takes 2-6 weeks - depending on the scale of infrastructure and the scope of integration with existing systems. For piloting, we perform this range free of charge in the first days.

HydroNexis does not replace all existing systems in the organization - it focuses on the operational management of water supply infrastructure. For areas where you already have working tools (e.g. billing system, ERP, industrial-grade SCADA systems), we offer integration via REST API and industrial protocols. The specific scope of integration is determined after reviewing the existing architecture.

Yes. As standard, we provide the platform in the cloud model (SaaS) on the Google Cloud infrastructure with the European region - full compliance with GDPR. For organizations with a policy of "critical data in their own network", we offer an on-premise implementation - full installation of HydroNexis on client servers. Both options run on the same software and have identical functionality. Latest details on deployment models ->

Water utilities and water intake operators are under three parallel pressures. First - new reporting obligations to Polish national water authority, national statistical office, and public health authority require digital documentation and automated reporting. Second - the NIS2 directive treats water utilities as critical infrastructure and imposes specific requirements for monitoring, alerts, and operational continuity. Third - rising energy costs mean deep-well pumps are often the largest item on the electricity bill, and without data about their real operation there is no way to optimize. Digitalization is no longer an option - it is now an operational condition.

HydroNexis was recently founded, but the team is not new to the industry. In total, the partners have over 15 years of experience in IT projects for the water supply sector - from monitoring and diagnostics of submersible pumps, through hydrogeological implementations, to operating systems for municipal water utilities. We design the platform architecture with continuity in mind - the source code of the application is fully ours, customer data is always portable (export to open formats), and in the on-premise model the installation works even without our further involvement.

Simply fill out the "Request a Demo" form or call us directly (+48 505 901 805). Within 24 hours, we arrange a 30-45 minute online presentation tailored to your chosen module and infrastructure scale. The demo is free and without obligation - the goal is to show specific features in action and understand your needs. After the demo, if there is interest, we prepare an offer taking into account the scope of the pilot or full implementation.
